Can you rent a ski apartment in Gudauri for the whole season?
Yes. Altimera Collection manages and lets eleven studio apartments in New Gudauri and offers them for the full ski season: a single let of 121 nights running 15 December to 15 April, at one all-in price for the four months rather than a nightly rate. The price covers the apartment, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, a ski locker in the depot downstairs and a full professional clean with fresh linen every two weeks. A studio takes 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children; the fourth-floor apartment takes 4 adults, or 3 adults and 2 children. All eleven are ski-in / ski-out, a 3.5 minute walk from the gondola and about 2.5 hours from Tbilisi.
A season let is arranged with Altimera and no one else. Altimera is the rental manager for all eleven apartments, so there is no individual owner to find and negotiate with, and no booking platform in between. Season rates are not published on any platform: tell Altimera who is coming and the dates you want, and we send a written proposal with the all-in figure, usually the same day.

What is a full ski season rental?
A season rental is a different proposition from a week away. It is a base, taken for four months at 2,000 metres, and we set it up to be lived in rather than visited.
One price, four months
A single all-in figure covering the room, utilities and housekeeping. No nightly rates, no seasonal surges, no platform commission on top.
Your own base on the mountain
Unpack once in December and leave your things there until April. A ski locker downstairs, your kitchen, your routine.
Looked after, not left alone
A full professional clean every two weeks, with fresh linen and towels, and someone checking the apartment is in good order.
The whole season, including the best of it
New Year, Orthodox Christmas, February half-term and the spring skiing in March. All of it, at one rate.

Which apartments can be taken for the season?
All eleven, across three floors. Each is a complete home with a kitchen, underfloor heating and mountain views, and each has a locker in the ski depot downstairs. The floor sets the size, the occupancy and the price.

How much does a full ski season in Gudauri cost?
One fixed figure for the whole 121 nights, set by the floor rather than by the dates. There are no nightly rates, no peak surcharges over New Year or February half-term, and no platform commission. The fortnightly clean, all utilities and the ski locker are inside that figure; a weekly clean instead of fortnightly is the one paid upgrade. Altimera sets and quotes the season rate itself, so the figure you are given is the figure, with nothing added downstream.
Who do you rent from?
Altimera Collection. Altimera manages and lets all eleven apartments itself and handles the letting end to end: the enquiry, the proposal, the agreement, the keys, the housekeeping and anything that needs fixing during the four months. Good to know
Housekeeping access. The fortnightly clean is a condition of the let, not an optional extra. Our team needs access to keep the apartment in good order and to spot anything that needs fixing early.
Everyone is named. We need details for every person staying, and the apartment is for those people only. Subletting is not permitted.
A calm building. Other guests are on holiday. No parties, no pets, and quiet hours are observed.
Deposit. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is held for the season and returned after checkout, less any damage.
