What did the collection's first season actually do?
Across the 2025/26 ski season the Altimera Collection ran at 70% occupancy. February was the strongest month, at around 90% occupancy across the collection, and some individual apartments were fully booked, at 100%, through the whole February high season.
It is not a review and it is not a substitute for one. It is the other kind of evidence: what people did rather than what they said. That was Altimera's first full season of operation and it ran through a period of regional disruption, so read it as a record of what happened rather than as a forecast.
