All our studios are in the New Gudauri Ski Resort in Georgia. The gondola is a three and a half minute walk from the door, and the residences sit away from the bars, so the evenings stay quiet. Tbilisi is about a two and a half hour drive away.

Altimera Collection does. All eleven studio apartments in New Gudauri are managed and let by Altimera itself, so enquiries, quotes and bookings are handled by Altimera directly rather than by individual apartment owners, an agent or a booking platform. That is true of a single night and of the full ski season let from 15 December to 15 April alike. One local team in New Gudauri runs the calendar, the rates, the housekeeping and the guest relationship for the whole collection, and the same team answers before, during and after a stay. Altimera Collection manages and lets all eleven apartments itself, so the booking is made with Altimera rather than with an individual owner or through a booking platform. Cancellation terms depend on the rate and dates, and are shown clearly before you confirm. If you need to change a stay, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

The studio, Wi-Fi, heating and a fully equipped kitchenette. A cleaning fee and any local taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. Every Altimera studio is in the New Gudauri resort, steps from the slopes and lifts, with dedicated ski storage.

Most studios comfortably sleep 3-4 guests. Each studio page lists its exact capacity and bed configuration.

Standard check-in is from mid-afternoon and check-out in the morning. Self check-in is available, and we can often arrange early arrival or late departure on request.

Fly into Tbilisi International (TBS), then it is about a two and a half hour drive north along the Georgian Military Highway. Altimera does not operate or arrange transport, so book a licensed private driver in advance, or take a taxi or rental car. Give your driver your flight number so they track the arrival.

Gudauri's ski season typically runs from December to April, with reliable, dry snow across wide, sunlit pistes.

From June the slopes become alpine meadow: paragliding, hiking, horseback riding and ATV tours, with the Truso Valley nearby. The operators are listed in our Gudauri Directory with their own contact details so you can book directly with them.

Yes. Our Gudauri Directory lists the restaurants, spas, ski rental shops, ski schools, paragliding operators and guides we use and recommend, each with its own phone, WhatsApp and website so you can book directly with them. Those directory businesses are independent of Altimera, and a booking with one of them is between you and that business. If you would rather we made an introduction, ask and we will pass your enquiry on. Altimera does not operate or arrange transport. Your apartment itself is a different matter: Altimera manages and lets all eleven apartments, so the stay is booked with us.

Directly with the business. Every listing in the Gudauri Directory carries the operator's own contact details, and the price, the terms and the booking are agreed between you and them. Altimera keeps the list current and can introduce you, but we are not an agent for any of these businesses and we do not operate or arrange transport.
