General

All our studios are in the New Gudauri Ski Resort in Georgia, ski-in/ski-out and moments from the lifts. Tbilisi is about a two-hour drive away.

Yes — booking direct with Altimera gives you our best available rate and a real person looking after your stay, with no platform fees.

Cancellation terms depend on the rate and dates, and are shown clearly before you confirm. If you need to change a stay, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

The studio, Wi-Fi, heating and a fully equipped kitchenette. A cleaning fee and any local taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

The Studios

Yes. Every Altimera studio is in the New Gudauri resort, steps from the slopes and lifts, with dedicated ski storage.

Most studios comfortably sleep 3-4 guests. Each studio page lists its exact capacity and bed configuration.

Standard check-in is from mid-afternoon and check-out in the morning. Self check-in is available, and we can often arrange early arrival or late departure on request.

Gudauri & Getting There

Fly into Tbilisi International (TBS), then it's about a two-hour drive north along the Georgian Military Highway. We can arrange a private transfer for you.

Gudauri's ski season typically runs from December to April, with reliable, dry snow across wide, sunlit pistes.

From June the slopes become alpine meadow — paragliding, hiking, horseback riding and ATV tours, with the Truso Valley nearby. Ask us and we'll arrange it.
