Horse Tours (Juta, Kazbegi)

Guided horseback tour from Juta village up to Juta Lake beneath the Chaukhi massif, roughly 2.5 hours and 10 km: about an hour up, a 30-minute break at the lake, an hour back. Published at around USD 96 per rider, available 1 June to 30 October. Note that the last 3 km into Juta is not driveable, so either walk it, take a local taxi (around 30 GEL per vehicle) or arrange a pickup with the guide in advance. This is a full-day excursion from Gudauri, not a half-day.
